DESCRIPTION:
PALS is a non-profit organization consisting of all volunteers. The main purpose is to help find homes for abandoned or sheltered animals in Poweshiek County. PALS strives to educate the public on the importance of spaying and neutering pets.
 
HOURS:
Monthly public meetings posted in local newspapers.
