DESCRIPTION:
A 10-room, late Victorian residence open to the public, the house contains excellent examples of furniture and decor from the turn of the 20th century arranged to create a feeling of family life at the time. Admission is free.
ANNUAL/RECURRING EVENTS:
Early May-Grinnell 3rd graders tours and activities ; December-Jingle Bell Holiday (roasted chestnuts) ; Throughout the year as advertised - Sunday at the Museum musical performances.
HOURS:
Summer: 2-4 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday [Memorial Day-Labor Day]
Winter: 2-4 p.m. Saturday & Sunday [Labor Day-Memorial Day]
