DESCRIPTION:
A lineage organization, DAR is open to any woman over eighteen years of age who has a bloodline from a Revolutionary War soldier or patriot. The Grinnell chapter was founded in 1912. The national organization was founded in 1890. The organization's objectives are historical, educational and patriotic.
HOURS:
Meets the 2nd Saturday of the month.
